Payment Link Creation Data: If you are a Merchant, we collect details you input to create payment links, such as payment amount, currency, customer name (if provided by you), and descriptions.
Customer Payment Details (Inputted by Customer): When a Customer uses a payment link, they provide their name and country.
Payment Proofs (Uploaded by Customer): For manual payments, Customers upload images or documents as proof of payment. This may contain personal information visible in the document itself (e.g., bank account snippets, transaction IDs).
Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support, inquiries, or feedback.
Custom Landing Page Content: If you are a Subscriber using the custom landing page builder, we collect the text (page title, description, button text) and image URLs you provide for your landing page.
B. Usage Data (Collected Automatically)
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
C. Information We DO NOT Collect (Crucial Clarification)
PXV Pay DOES NOT collect or store your Customers' sensitive financial account details, such as full bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or mobile money PINs. The actual transfer of funds happens directly between the Customer and the Merchant via the chosen payment method, outside of the PXV Pay platform.
We do not collect or store the actual funds.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
- To provide customer support.
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.

With Merchants and Customers:
Merchants: We share Customer payment details (name, country) and Payment Proofs with the relevant Merchant to facilitate their verification process.
Customers: We display Merchant-configured payment instructions and contact details (if provided by the Merchant) to Customers on the checkout page.
Service Providers:
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. (e.g., hosting providers like Vercel, database providers like Supabase, email service providers).
Business Transfers:
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred.

We may disclose your Personal Information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
